The Caribbean is the No. 2 most affected by HIV / AIDS prevalence (the last time I looked) Trin and Tobago is less than 2% to 100 ppl PPL has infected less than 2. These statistics are for 2002, I think. not even in the Caribbean Top 5 most affected (1. Haiti, 2nd 3.bahamas Jamaica. Dominican Republic 4, 5 I think it's Puerto Rico or buermuda) is mainly because of tourism and intravenous drug use.
